This is the main system board, the computer.
This should be swappable among different makers, so the minimum of ports is required. Just Power, USB and HDMI.
USB hub
Provides the main infrastructure for connecting peripherals. Need to have many ports and good power supply.
Often SOMs already provide a number of USB ports.
